    hey all, i was wondering if any of u guys out thier that compete or anyone who had knowledge on what to eat on the day of a comp could help me out . Ok so i have a big event coming up and i want my body to b popping all to often its not coz i eat the wrong things on that day what makes ur muslces pop , i have a great 8 pack but if i eat the wrong things its jsut not thier ??

    bro.... for your muscles to pop on the day from simple sugars like honey, you would need to have carb loaded in advance in order for the surge of water and glucose into the muscle making it appear bigger

    so what would u recommend .... loading up on carbs a few days before then on the day just eat simple sugars ? honey,lollies ?
