hey all, i was wondering if any of u guys out thier that compete or anyone who had knowledge on what to eat on the day of a comp could help me out . Ok so i have a big event coming up and i want my body to b popping all to often its not coz i eat the wrong things on that day what makes ur muslces pop , i have a great 8 pack but if i eat the wrong things its jsut not thier ??
