Gyno and Nolvadex dosages..

Well I guess I'll ask here instead.. ***I know about AI's letro adex etc etc but im looking into this option instead as a research..

QUESTION
If gyno symptoms appear do we-
1. Take nolva till symptoms subside?
2. Take nolva till post cycle?
3. Take nolva till post cycle and post cycle therapy?
4. What about dosage amount in #1 #2 #3?

oh, and guys please help me out.. most of the replies i get for my other threads have nothing to do with my question.. Its like im saying "hey, is protein good for me?" and the reply is "i like to eat chocolates more"..
