Test only with nolva and Gyno Fast. WT??

I had just cleared up my gyno pretty well with leto. Been 3 weeks or so since i was fully tapered off and I just started 10mg/day nolva with 75mg day Test suspension. (actually oil based TNE). I'm at about day 5 and my gyno lump is as obvious as ever. Actually both nipples are slightly sensitive but not sore. Should my nolva be upped? Also, any reason to run letro with nolva even though letro reduces nolva's potency? Pretty frustrating and I'm not happy about stopping the cycle. Been all over the net, can't find an answer here.

adex? aromasin? Both AI's and I'm thinking a serm is a good idea to block estro from receptors. Help
