Weight: 225
Height: 6 foot
Body Fat: 24%
Experience: No experience with steroids. I am proficient in the weight-training department (had a personal trainer for 4 years, started at 300 lb went down to 160 lb and stable for 5 years at 225 lb, by myself for last 6 years)
Goals: Gain muscle, reduce Body Fat. Would like to gain 6 -8 lb muscle in 8 weeks. Would like to gain about 20+ lb in total, lol, but don't want to be massive, just noticeable and toned.
Because this forum is a nightmare for navigating or finding succinct information, is there a website or book I should be reading before proceeding? Specifically on dietary requirements, limits to exogenous substances and perhaps tricks for someone who both works a full-time desk job and is a full-time graduate student? Does this miracle resource exist?
