    ready to start fourth cycle - critique

    48 yrs old
    15% body fat at this time plan to be 12% or less at start of cycle
    215 lbs
    5'9"
    been in the gym for the past 35+ years

    Goal is not to get huge but get a lean hard look and increase endurance and increase performance in the boxing gym. I will start my cycle May 1st

    my plan is
    Weeks 1 - 20 test cyp 100mg 2 X weekly
    weeks 1 - 20 eq 100mg 2X weekly
    weeks 2 - 7 40mg dailey TBOL
    weeks 14 - 19 50mg winstrol tabs
    No PCT because at that time Im going to go trt year round for one year to see how it works out.

    Any feed back positive or negative will be appreciated, I will take it all under advisment.

    dose is very low imo buddy ,you on trt so your body is used to normal range of test ,hitting 200mgs of test per week is too low imo ,if i were you i would up it to 500-600mgs per week along with 500mgs eq per week (alot of peeps say eq is rubbish) ...very low doses there buddy imo .

    I will be starting trt at the end of my cycle. I am all natural right now. In the past cycles my muscles grew like crazy. (too big for what I needed) When I get big it slows me down too much. In the boxing gym speed is very important. Also big muscles takes away from endurance.
    The reason I'm going low is it doesn't take allot to make my muscles grow. So with that being said - do you still think I need that much? Remember I'm not a body builder I'm an athlete looking to increase performance.

    ok ok seems fair ,imo i would rarth hit a nice short ester test prop cycle with some winny ,this will give the same results imo in half the time ,let some others have there opinion on this...

    Still. I would want more test than eq even if it is by 50-100 mgs

    it's alright.. i would still say pin three times a week if you can.. 200mg of each is very low.. if you are getting to muscular than maybe drop it down a bit.. but 200mg of test is a standard TRT dose.. so the only thing you will really be doing is a little EQ.. you also might as well start the Tbol on week one and not week 2.. just to use it as a kick start.

    I think I will increase the test to 250mg

    eq is a complete wste at tht dose, any on here who actually get anything off eq runs it at least 600mg pw, i think one did 1g of it pw and got zlitch. it seems to be a very hit and miss drug. if you are on trt and have no recovery issues i'd bump tht test to 500mg pw, scrap the eq and buy more tbol, enough for 60-80mg pd. your training on these compounds without the eq will also increase your endurance
