Reconstituting Melantonan II

Got my Melantonan II in the mail today from AR-R and have a question about how to reconstitute it.
So I only add 1ml/cc of the BW to the powder? It is a really tiny amount if so.
And it also came with an empty vial. Am I supposed to transfer it into this vial and add more water to it?

The syringe I am using to reconstitute it with is a 23g 3ml/cc syringe. I do not have any insulin syringes right now.

I should be able to inject with this as well as long I only go 1/2" into the subcutaneous tissue correct?

I read the post and still felt like I needed to ask my question.

You can reconstitute with 1,2 or 3ml of water, it really doesnt matter as long as you apply the dilution rate to the dosage. Example, if you have 10mgs and you use 1ml then 1iu will be 1mg. If you dilute with 2ml then 1iu will be .5mg and so on.
