Question on PCT and how to adminster dumb questions

Im think about doing an 8 week cycle of Test 400. Below is the PCT I'm think of doing. In other forums I was told if I had to ask this question then I shouldn't be doing it. Im hoping to get better results here. Im trying to figure out what the table below means.
Does this(100mg ed first 2 weeks) mean 1cc in a syringe every day for 2 weeks?
and does this( 4-6 weeks @ 20mg ed )mean 20 units every day for 4-6 weeks?
(20 units like in an insulin syringe)?
Sorry if this is a stupid question
Also where is the best place to inject?

SERMS:
Clomiphene: 4 weeks @ 100mg ed first 2 weeks, 50mg ed last 2 weeks.
Tamoxifen: 4-6 weeks @ 20mg ed (40mg ed for first 2 weeks if you wish)
