    Training on gear vs training off gear

    Hi guys just wondering whats everyone take on training on gear vs training off gear.How does your workouts differ?Workout more days a week on gear?More sets/reps/volume?

    Im sure everyone views are different but whats the difference in training on/off gear

    for me it changes a little. I go high volume when on, moderate volume when off. I also cut my training days per week from 5 to 4, and I'll sometimes combine muscle groups instead of working them all on their own day

    I call it a working holiday dont mind training on or off on its so enjoyable and your smiling the whole time and off its arduous but definitely makes the bodybuilder...
