Ok im 6-0 209 lbs bf % ive been told 28-30% i just got off 9 weeks test e and winstrol 50mg ed. i have 12 days till i pct. i was doing the p90x but will now just be strictly doing 60 mins of cardio 6 days a week to get body fat down to 20% or less. ill be doing 30 mins of cardio in the morn and 30 at night. i need a diet asap. can someone help me and is 60 mins of cardio 6 days a week good enough to drop the fat. also i have access to clen and t3. any thoughts are appreciated.
