Training: Off and on 20 years. Solid for past 14 months. Diet and cardio in check.
Looking to run a basic 1st cycle to help lean me up with Summer approaching. Looking to gain some muscle while I continue to lean up with cardio and diet. I currently am eating a 40/30/30 diet and do 30-40 minutes of low intensity cardio every AM 6 days a week before I eat or drink anything.
Here is what I am looking at doing and need some input. I am considering a 6 week or an 8 week test prop only cycle. Some say 6 weeks is not enough while others say they can be very beneficial. I am also looking at 500 mg test EW and shooting EOD. Again, is 500 too much or should I shoot for 350 EW?
