    Ketotifen and Clenbuterol

    I have used clen several times in the past, pyramiding up to 200mcg in 2 weeks intervals without too many bad sides.. I usually drink 2+ gallons of water. I want to run clen for four weeks leading up to spring break with ketotifen. My question is, would I start the keto right away? or would I want to wait two weeks to start it? (ex below)

    Option 1:
    Day 1: Clen 40mcg
    Day 2: Clen 80mcg
    Day 3: Clen 120mcg
    Day 4-14: Clen 160mcg
    Day 15-26: Clen 160mcg, Keto 2mg
    Day 27: Clen 120mcg, Keto 2mg
    Day 28: Clen 80mcg, Keto 2mg

    Option 2:
    Day 1: Clen 40mcg, Keto 2mg
    Day 2: Clen 80mcg, Keto 2mg
    Day 3: Clen 120mcg, Keto 2mg
    Day 4-26: Clen 160mcg, Keto 2mg
    Day 27: Clen 120mcg, Keto 2mg
    Day 28: Clen 80mcg, Keto 2mg

    EDIT: my bf currently is about 7-8% @ 225lb, similar to the picture.. doing a sling shot diet (high carb, med carb, low carb, low carb, high carb, low carb, low carb, REPEAT)
    forgot to mention, i am 5 weeks into a tren e, test e, and masteron cycle

    I personally like option 2, when I ran Keto, I started on like day 7 but option 2 sounds good to me

    I've had the best results running the keto from the very beginning no sense in allowing your receptors to completely desensitize to begin to help them recover. you will end up losing time with the clen working half ass. this is my opinion from my experiences. if you don't run ketotifen from the very beginning and all the way through then its best to just discontinue use after 10 consecutive days and allow the receptors enough time to recover naturally before continuing use (14days minimum)

    at those dosages the tachyphylaxis will come quick from my experience within 10days. if you start keto at 2mg at that point it will take approx a week or so to get somewhere consistent with the initial effect. so that is a week+ wasted taking high doses of clen and getting minimal results. run the keto from the jump and keep the clen working optimally and the receptors responsive.

    right on bro.

    personally i don't see the need to ramp down at the end either once you get used to the steady tremble from 120mcg+ coming down seems pointless. 160-200 seems like some violence i cant even imagine, 120 had me shaking like a leaf and warm...hard to eat soup with a spoon at those doses LOL

    the sides don't seem to get too much worse for me between 120-200mcg actually, but the positive effects are definitely increased a lot. the worst sides that i get are the occasional migraine or mild insomnia. btw, i will be splitting it up at 80mcg at 8 a.m. and 80mcg at 2 p.m. if i take it past 4 p.m. i can't sleep at all lol

    i can see that, from 100-120 wasn't bad for me but the 80-100 was a lick. i had to chill at 100 for a few days before i had the balls for 120 but like i said that step wasn't bad. i never did the splitting because of the long half life i figured it really wouldn't matter but i have heard a few bros like to split it up and are happy with it like that. i only ramped it up my first time too, every other time ive fooled with it after i just start out at the top get down to business you know, no need to feel it out again
