I have used clen several times in the past, pyramiding up to 200mcg in 2 weeks intervals without too many bad sides.. I usually drink 2+ gallons of water. I want to run clen for four weeks leading up to spring break with ketotifen. My question is, would I start the keto right away? or would I want to wait two weeks to start it? (ex below)

Day 1: Clen 40mcg
Day 2: Clen 80mcg
Day 3: Clen 120mcg
Day 4-14: Clen 160mcg
Day 15-26: Clen 160mcg, Keto 2mg
Day 27: Clen 120mcg, Keto 2mg

EDIT: my bf currently is about 7-8% @ 225lb, similar to the picture.. doing a sling shot diet (high carb, med carb, low carb, low carb, high carb, low carb, low carb, REPEAT)
