usually prop not recommended for first cycle because it requires pinning eod. test e is a better choice .
The Pinning I dont mind, when I was a young buck and I didnt know much I messed around with deca.
Test cyp of E should cut you up a bit depending on the workouts and diet also how your body responds also if you don't mind pinning a lot prop will do it...
Well I workout Monday-friday laye and as for my diet it's on my post I just want to put on 10 pounds of lean muscle once my bf% is at 10 and I'm at like 165-170

Slim I tested my self with at the gym with the electronic machine and it said 15%,as for cro you suggest looking into test e or var/winny.
15% all day or a little higher. not seeing the start of pec seperation from shoulder.people hold weight differentely. you dont hold any in waiste.that is awesome ,you will cut quick.
Dr you are 100% correct nothing to my waist i've been the same pant size since high school most of it went to my chest when i was over seas, if you look at my other thread from 3 yrs ago i have an old pic up before the diet and cardio.
