of working out and roughly one month reading the board, I have decreased my waist line by 4 inches, increased my squat 50lbs, and bench 40 lbs, all while losing 20lbs.
I am still tweaking my diet, it is still not perfect, but a lot better than it was. Last week I deleted the shredded wheat for breakfast and added oatmeal to go with my protein shake and actually gained 1.5 lbs. I haven't noticed a huge decline in subcutaneous fat (although I have lost some) I think most of the fat loss as been visceral.
Anyways, I wanted to thank everyone who posts here, the information is great, and I am still learning a ton. Just have to keep figuring out what works best for me.
