Hey to all. I'm not sure just exactly how to put this out there so try to bare with me. I'm 5'10", 221 pounds, about 23% Body Fat, and already have a fairly bad temper. I'm just an 18 year old kid too so I'm not sure if I'm headed in the right direction. I lift every day and I add in about 30-45 mins of cardio on top of that. My 1RM on bench is 290, Squat 450, and deadlift 385. Now why I'm here is because I need everyone's help and with my limited amount of knowledge I'm going to try and not get flamed for being dumb. I have a very slow metabolism and no matter how much I study and change up my diet and workout routines I simply can't lose body fat. They say that your metabolism increases with more muscle mass? Not sure on that. But I'm here because I was hoping someone can point me in the direction of the thing that might be able to help me out. I'm open to all opinions and the reason I say I have a fairly bad temper is because I read some Anabolics cause aggression. For me that would be a killer. Also I am slightly wary of needles but I could bring myself to inject if it was worth it. Well hope I didn't piss anyone off for starting a thread like this. I'm definitely not looking for a miracle just an aide. I'm rather disgusted with how I look so I'm ready to take a different approach. I forgot to add in I don't mind gaining weight so long as it isn't fat. And thanks in advance for your guys comments and suggestions. Cheers!

You think they've got some sort of proven way to kick up my metabolism? Seriously. I started putting on tons of Body Fat when I stopped playing football and I can't really rejoin and do that for the rest of my life so there has to be another way.
