    Duty Strength gains on Anavar

    2 weeks in to my course of Anavar and Test E

    Noticed incredible strength gains

    75mg Anavar ED

    Test E 100mg EW

    any one else noticed large strenght gains on this cycle ?

    Are you refering to age and body fat matey ?

    My body fat is around 18% / 25% was taken a year ago

    noticed great strength gains and weight has only slightly increased

    very comfortable with this course

    Why are you taking only 100mg test a week? that will do nothing other than shut you down....you have done more harm than good because with just anavar you would have suppressed your test only by about 50% and once you came off it your test levels would bounce back in a week or two...now you have shut your self down 100% and it will take you 2-3 times as long to bounce back...if your going to run test then you need to run it properly so that you can actually gain some muscle from it.

    500mg test a weeks 1-10
    75mg of anavar weeks 1-4

    pct weeks 13-16 clomid and nolva

    500mg a week you sayin a week Test a ? I was thinking upping 150 mg a week on Test E

    Spoke to a few people they said 150mg a week Test E would be sufficent

    as I dont want to bulk?

    Im also going to be running same PCT

    thers no point...100mg of test E = 70mg in reality because the ester attached to the test e (enanthate ester that attached to keep the test in your system for 10 days) cuts off about 30mg of test.

    the avg man makes 30-70mg of test a week so that mean all you are doing is replacing you natural levels and its pointless...you just shut your self down for nothing my friend. You prob wont notice any gain on any dose less then 250mg a week and even that is low! I would say run atleast 400mg a week...500mg is standard for a first cycle.

    A standard first cycle is 500mg test a week for 10-12 weeks followed by clomid and nolva for pct.

    No offence bro but you dont know enouph to start using...you cant just take somones word for it you have to do your home work!

    No offence taken mate I have been reviseing my cycle for a few weeks

    Seen post and spoke to people about running low Test E and stil seeing some gains

    supose I should have looked further in to Test E dosage

    cheers for puting me in the right direction for upping my Test shall look in to it further

    If you hear to learn then take my advice and don't cycle. You are going to be causing more harm then good for yourself at your age and body fat percentage. You got to learn that your body may still be in development and needs that time to mature properly. If you go about cycling and not taking my advice and halt that development then more problems arise in the future. I am not your mama or dada so really in all honestly all I can provide you with is what I know. You can take what I told you and stop now or you can continue on without listening to my advice. It is completly up to you!

    I would rather not stop 1/4 way in to a cycle and finish.. I will be keepin any eye out for side effects

    and have had blood test before my cycle which I shall compare with after my cycle..

    I doubt I will do another course for a while as well..

    So far iv noticed good results which I hope get better and I can keep after my cycle

    thank you for takein the time and helping out and advising ... which age do you feel is

    safe to cycle ? .. late 20's ?
