    Back Question

    Are your lats and the part of your back you workout when you to row exercises all the same part? Because when I do back I always do for ex wide grip pulldown, close grip pulldowns, lat pulldown machine first, and then move on to row-type exercises? Am I doing it the right way?

    Three pulldown excercises is too much. You're lats are hit in the row but so is your middle traps(mid back)

    Do something like

    Wide grip pullups
    Deadlifts
    Tbar row
    Low row
