    Good Shaped Chest

    Incline Barbell 3x8
    Flat Dumbbell 3x10
    Decline Barbell 3x10
    Incline Flyes 3x12

What do you guys think of this routine for building a solid good "shaped" chest? My chest has always been pretty large and strong but now i have decided to re evaluate my routine to try and build a better shape.

I am no pro, but sounds good. I am a huge fan of cables though. I would personally throw some in.

Chest "shape" is determined by genetics.

    That routine isn't bad tho.

x2 I love weighted dips at the end of my chest days!

I'm sure you already know this, but don't limit yourself to 8-10 reps.. Throw in sets of 12-15 every now and then. Remember, muscles get shocked into growing so don't just stick with one style of lifting all the time.

A lot of people like the decline press movement, but i only hit it about once a month personally. I do love some dips for the bottom of the chest though.
