So, I've done some research into taking Cytomel T3, this is my first cycle so I've been pretty vigilant with my research.
I'm going to separate it 10%/30%/60%, that way I can see how my body reacts to the Cytomel. (yes I'm aware people say this isn't necessary, but I'm more comfortable with doing it this way). I don't want to take steroids so to counteract the muscle loss I'm going to have a bout 1.5g of protein for each pound. I'm also considering taking a cycle Clenbuterol the last week of the cycle of T3 and continuing to counteract the slowing of my metabolism while my thyroid is readjusting.
Now, I know most people won't agree with this, but I'm taking this primarily for weight loss for wrestling. I'm an active wrestler, I've let my weight get a bit too far gone in the off season and I'd like to get back to a lower weight ASAP.
I currently weigh 160 at 12-18% body fat. At 145 I'm 6 or 7 % body fat and want to get as close to that as possible with this cycle
After my wrestling career is done I plan to become a body builder.
Thanks!
EDIT: What if I were to take Retain 2 or another anti catabolic with my regimine of T3? Would that + high protein be enough to counteract most of the muscle loss??
Summary:
-25mcg of T3 with 100mcg at max. 10%/30%/60% For 4-6 weeks
-A possible cycle of Clenbuterol starting the last week of T3 cycle to compensate for thyroid adjustment. For 4-6 weeks
-Will be having 1.5g protein/lb or 240g daily to counteract muscle loss
-I weigh 160 @ 12-17% body fat
P.S. I know lots of people will tell me not to do this, but any tips or information on how to do this properly, safely, and most effectively would be most appreciated.
