hae any of you guys ever tried muscle/protein milk? i got my hand son a tub for fre so might use it but the cals intake on one serving is 300.. im think of only usning one after the gym so..
any one got good results using it or thin its just the same as normal proteins on the market?
im trying to cut so might be bad for me!!?

Keepin it short and sweet...too many grams of fat for a protein shake and half of those are saturated. You can get a much better quality protein with less calories, less fat, etc. Try IDS if it is available to you. Quality ingredients and it tastes great (IMO)
