    Shoulder Instability.

    I’m 27 years old 6.1ft, 185lbs, 10% fat.

I have a longstanding injury, have instability shoulders.

Have not been able to train for two years, always when i try to start in the gym, i just have pain in the rotator cuff muscles and i always give up, so im gonna give it a try again and need to take it really slow.

I have heard that Deca and Test will help and i always see people say only in low dose´s.

So how low dose are we talking about?

How low dose of deca and test should be used to help with the collagen?

Are we talking about 100- 200mg of deca and 200-300mg of test? or less?

Is this not just waist of money in this dose´s? and also why only in low dose´s?

Why can´t i just take 400mg Deca and 500mg of Test?

    Thanks.
    David.

Only thing i have been able to too is light rotator cuff exerseces at home and work.

When this happened to my shoulders I tried to continue practicing but soon i gave up and decided to rest me a bit, just made these rotator cuff exercises at home for 5 months.
I returned to practice but very soon became really bad again.
I stopped completely in the gym, went on vacation for two months from work and got alot worse, I saw that I could not stop exercise or stop working completely, and that my work was doing a lot for me, I started again the rotator cuff exercises, but as soon as I'm doing something more then I get pain in the shoulder and will be sore for two days.
So all I've been doing is working, that gives me a lot, I'm mechanics so I must use my hands a lot, and also these rotary cuff exercises on and off.
I always eat healthy food and drinking water also always take vitamins, fish oil and glucosamine.

i have shoulder cuff problems as well, i can only do bench presses on smith machines and cables, the cables is the best because you can put more weights. try it, its much easier on your shoulders.

make sure the cables are in-line with your forearms in down position.

    Thanks guy´s for the reply´s.
Actuly when this happend i for I went to the doctor for approx two and a half years ago, took a MRI and they did not see anything not even a inflammation, the doctor checked the shoulders and could do nothing except just sending me to physical therapy, that i have been going on and off.
So a year after that, the shoulders was feeling worse, so I called the doctor and he said he wished that I would continue to exercise, and if this will not get better after two years, then he would consider doing surgery.
So i have been doing all this exersices useing heat and ice, doing massage, sauna, onæy thing i have been able to do is the home workout wich is very lite exercises and ther is no improvement i have try almost everything.
I´m tired of this and want to try to use steriods atleast just to get me on a roll.
I´m just wondering about the doses, i have seen that deca and test is good in low doses, so why in low doses?
Why can´t i just take 400mg of deca and 500mg of test?
There where one that adviced my to take 150mg of test+ 150mg of deca and 150mg of boldenon.
I would love to get my hands on IGF but you can´t find it where i live.

first you really need to see what is the problem then fix it even if it mean surgery. if the pain is caused by joints then deca may help, but if its a tendon tear it will make it worse! try the cables and be patient, it takes a long time to heal an injury. you are 27 years old, have you read all you need to know about steroids/side effects and PCT?

Yes i´m , i have done five cycles, i´m not asking how steroids work i know that, just need to know why the low dose will help and if test and deca is used in that low doses like i was talking about before would not just be wast of time.

And if someone has experience with something simular injury as mine, had maybe used these brands in this doses.

Four years ago i was on my fourth cycel with test, deca, i had problem with my knee i had a knee surgery 2004 and the deca helped me a lot, and the last cycle i was on was 7 months before i ****t my shoulder up, the first day on my cycle i hurt my left shoulder had sting in it and it just felt very wired, soon as the deca kicked in it was gone.
But i used much higher dose then 150mg per week.
I was on this cycle about 12 weeks and about 4 and a half month after that i injured my shoulder, i was just lifting to heavy after the cycle and did not rest enough, i believe the reason this happend is i got too big and strong too fast and ended up hurting myself, the tendon just could not handel it and i stretch my rotary cuffs.

I was used to lift lighter weights with higher reps had trained like that for 8 years on and off and never had any problem while training, then i got in to powerlifting and went from 82 kilos to 101 kg only in four months went from 180kg in deadlift to 270kg, bencpress 100kg to 165 kg and in squat 160kg to 250 kg.

When i got of the juice i suppose i was just tired of this, I was going to be started on other cycle, but had to persist to stay longer without steroids and try handle this better as I had missed the previous improvement.

The reason for this was that I felt I did not fall as much down in strenght as the previous cycles and found no reason to start immediately on the other cycle if I did not lose a lot down, but then suddenly it hit me and I lost weights and strength and was too stubborn with lifting weights that I just did not handle, that was not that heavy for me while on roids.

At first it started with great pain in the rotary cuff muscles, they were sore for a few days then the pain changed and I felt it to be as deep into the shoulder joint, so again it changes and it started to click in the shoulders, I could train and never found for any pain while I practiced, but the pain came maybe one or two days after.
So gradually, this has worsened and I started getting pain in the rotary cuff tendons and muscles, and they will be very sore.
Now if I lift too much then I swell up and become more clicks, this will also happend after hard day in work.

Sorry for spelling i was in a hurry, hope this will make sense.
