The other day I realized that I am in no where near as good of shape as i used to be. I am physicaly stronger but my cardio sucks ass. And as a result my lower abs and love handles have suffered. Chest, arms, shoulders, and back look and perform pretty well. so im back on a diet and back in the gym. gonna post up periodic updates on results. The only supps i will be taking is whey protein, multi-vitamin, glutamen, and a pre-work out. I will train atleast 5 days a week. cardio will be done all of those 5 days and be done in the morning. it will be a mix of long distance running, sprints, swimming, and rucking(for u non military folks thats putting on 35lbs or more of gear and walking/slow running 6-12miles). Lifting is done in the afternoon.
