    newbie needs help with cycle

    Hello guys
    this is going to be my 3rd cycle and i would like some input on how to arrange my doses and injections.
    currently i have
    Letrozole (Femara)
    Turan (Turinabol)
    Andromix 10ml
    Tren Enanth 200-20ml
    Deca 250 -15ml
    Test Enanth 250 -10ml
    LIV 52 (100tabs)
    Methan 10 (dianabol)
    my stats are 29years old 170lbs 5.9height
    any help appreciated fellas

    3rd cycle....yet you only weigh 170 lbs?
    Sorry to sound like an ass, but maybe you should have a good look at your diet/training first..

    You want to stop cycling and concentrate on your diet, there is something seriously wrong if your only 170lbs after 3 cycles, infact even if this was your first cycle i would tell you to hold off and sort your diet out and build some foundation. Your diet needs work and if you do carry on cycling with the current diet your wasting your time just like you have with the past 3 cycles you have done, reason being is your diet doesn't and cant support any decent kind of muscle tissue.

    Forget steroids and re-design your diet, please don't say your diet is in order because its plain to see it isn't your 170lbs after 3 cycles something is drastically wrong with it.

    Work on your diet man. You obviously did not eat correctly your last 2 cycles.

    Thanks for the quick reply guys/and yes maybe i should check my diet first,but i think my diet its okey i eat regurarly every 2-3 hours with enough protein and carbs,and if you dont mind me asking please describe your daily diet routine,just to see what exactly im doing wrong.

    Ours isnt in question, your diet is.

    Please post what you eat daily inculding macros

    Dont touch steroids, you need to address your diet first.

    Hey guys if it's so obvious that cosmicon's diet is awfully wrong, isn't it a good idea to give him some advice on this matter? Ok you said he needs to sort it out but can you be more specific? I am not saying you should plan his whole diet plan but please give a basic guidance on what you would eat throughout the day to gain pure clean muscle mass while on a basic cycle which will include Test & Tren. I am interested in hearing your thoughts because i am facing the same "problem" Thanks

    Btw what would you guys consider as a decent weight around 12% bf for a person of 5 "9 5 "10 height? A guy at my gym weigh's around 195-200 lbs (i think he's 5"7 or 5"8) and he looks like a beast

    We are trying to help him, maybe you also need to do more research instead of waiting for people to bottle feed you all the way through every aspect of bodybuilding,
    We have asked him to post his diet and macros,
    we cant post a diet what we would use because our stats are completely different than his,
    we need to see what he is using now inculding his macros,

    Well this isnt the diet section.And after 3 cycles he only weights that much.One of the best guys here gives you advice.You should check it out.When either of you get 20 years lifting under your belt.Maybe you will have a small % of his knowledge.He staff here is quite knowledgeable.Now if you were to listen to his advice.You just might learn something.Many of us have.

    Thank you Marcus, cosmicon is my friend he's the one that brought me to this site. Actually we go to gym together and our stats are similar so that's why i thought any help to him would be helping me and vice versa.

    sorry if i sound completely new but what exactly are macros?

    Macros is the percentage of protein / carbs / fat you eat throughout the day.
