Dosage timing.... Thanks

Starting pct tomorrow.

If I'm taking 40mg of tamox first week along with 50mg of clomid.

Do I pop all these down at the same time everyday or do I split anything up?

I figured as much since nolva has a long half life. Clomid is long as well but I think somewhat shorter.

I take it all at the same time right before bed. Seems to avoid some of the sides.
