first time igf-1 lr3 and a bit scared

iv been reading a lot for the last few weeks and iv concluded that i want to try igf just because its only a 4-5 week cycle. my questions are once reconstitued how do i store it? some forums say freeze it in syrnges and thaw when use and others say just leave it in the fridge. and if i was going to mix it with BW do i suck up the bw first then the reconstituted igf or igf1 first then the bw?i know that it doesnt give me the same health benifits at hgh but does igf hurts my libido? do i need to take any liver protection or estrogen block? i dont plan on running any real test or anything else but i do have a month supply of arimatest and animal stack , animal m-stack and animal test. should i use those once im done doing the igf1 or during the igf1?
a little about me. im 27 years old 5-9 181 pounds on a good day
i say about 12-14 percent body fat and my bench is plateau at around 295-300 and im a really bad speller. im going to be purchasing my stuff from the sponsored website of this forum arr. im considering just taking 1 bottle which is about 20 mcg a day shooting bilaterally. is that enough? iv heard that hgh is pinned through belly fat but can i pin in belly fat on off days with out worrying about my organs get huge? maybe the sides on the love handle? 10 mcg in each side. plz 4give me because This is my first time using any supplements that not oral and im kind of nervous.

o and what about cardio? should i not do to much of that once im on it? my work outs right now are body splits monday chest tris , wed, legs -shoulders and fridays - bicepts , backs. anywhere from 4-8 reps depending on the weeks ... should i do full body splits while on it ? should i lift super heavy no more than 5 reps per set or should i do lighter weight till failure. anywhere from 10-14 . iv been working out for about 7 years now and iv taken some long breaks in between.
