I'm a out 8% BF and started 1st cycle ever after 20 year of working out
Iv always been a big lad 125 kg iv recently and naturally got to 75kg ripped but thin I'm told lol!
I'm doing 500mg sus 250 + 175 mg decca 2 times a week and am responding quite well with 4 kg quility mass!
The first 4 jabs were he'll ie:sore as f... As yesterday I mixed the 2 up well before injecting in glut and very mild soreness compared to the past!! Was wrapped!!
I want to keep my bf real low diet is super clean!!
Iv started splitting my work outs to massive intenscity super sets in the morn and doing cardio 1/2 hour treadmill in the evening and throwing in abbs every 2nd day
Trainning about 10 to 12 sessions a week
I want to stay very lean ripped w a bit of size
