I have read the educational threads on these 2 items and I had a few questions.
1. Is this the right area to post this??
2. I see how long one takes it? 30+days?
3. If I order from Ar-r will 1 bottle of each be enough for a cycle of it?
4. How are there supps used? (liquid, pill, etc.)

Clen can be run 2 weeks on/2weeks off indefinitely or you can run it with ketotifen without time off indefinitely. But I would not recommend being on clen for too long of a time...it's hard on the heart.

I've ran t3 for 3 months straight.

So it depends on your goals and what you want to do with the clen and t3. One bottle of each should be good enough since each is dosed at 200mcg/ml and you should not be going that high with either one of them

Ar-r sells liquid which I like for easier dosing.

Keep in mind if your diet and training are not in check then these chems will do nothing for you.

I appreciate it man. I will make sure I get them in check before this. So do you think I should just choose 1 or run them both at the same time?

Clen/t3 combo is a very effective fat burner. However, the t3 will burn muscle tissue too.

I am not too concerned about the muscle part at this point. I would like an effective fat burner at this point in time. I can make up for the lost muscle at a later time. Man i am actually getting excited that I found something effective!!!

It is effective but like tballz said.....it will do next to nothing unless your diet and training are dialed in.

For sure! Do you think one is more effective than the other? Since I have never done it should I just choose 1? and Which on would you choose?
