fat free and lactose free,
Still have 12g sugar,
Ahh, to be able to drink whole milk. Just for once I wish I was a hardgainer!
Milk is my fav.
I have it every day.
Even when CUTTING.
Just stating facts![]()
post some pics, start your own thread if you haven't so we can tell from where you are speaking.
No, if you'd have read GB's post, instead of just jumping in on the last page and posting away, you'd have realized he used to be quite a pudgy fellow, thusly he was commenting on himself, not you. Insecure and narcissitic with a bit of a chip on your shoulder much?
Not at all. I assumed you were referring to yourself with the hardgainer comment, and I was making the equivalent but opposite comparison with my own issue - which as TB said is my insane ability to store bodyfat.
C'mon man, i figured you've been around long enough to know I don't disrespect people here like that!!
This is Gbrice and Tbody:

What old dude, I'm Apollo Creed!
4 liters.
I drink about a gallon-ish every day. Skim only, I'm starting to cut, but when I want to amp it up I will cut a lot of that milk out, not completely though. I've done 0 milk before and it really does work wonders though if you want to be hardcore.
