    Anavar / Clen Cycle with Dave Palumbo diet!

    Just started anavar, im about 10days into it, havent really noticed any results such as strength gains or anything like that to be honest.

    Im taking 60mcg Var a day, and going to incorp 120mcg of clen a day too.

    So i think im going to add the dave palumbo diet into it, which i have done before, but not on aas!

    heres an example:

    MEAL #1 5 whole eggs (OMEGA-3 EGGS ); add another 4 egg whites to this

    MEAL #2 SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 ? tablespoon of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar)....

    MEAL #3 "Lean Protein Meal": 8oz chicken with 1/3-cup cashew nuts (almonds, or walnuts)

    MEAL #4 SHAKE: 50g Whey Protein with 1 ? tablespoons of All Natural Peanut butter (no sugar added

    MEAL #5 "Fatty Protein Meal": 8oz Salmon, Swordfish, or RED MEAT with a green salad (no tomatoes, carrots, or red peppers) with 1 tablespoon of Olive Oil or Macadamia nut oil and vinegar..

    MEAL #6 SHAKE: 50g Whey with 1 ? tablespoon all natural peanut butter or 4 whole (Omega-3) eggs and 4 extra whites..


    what do you guys think??

    i assume you mean 60mg of var a day, and that diet will make anyone lose weight.. there are like almost no carbs in it besides a little from the peanut butter. if you are just trying to shed fat, this would definitely work.. i would probably recommend adding some carbs in the morning (such as like 1/4-1/2 cup of oats dry measure) or some carbs after you work out (like 1/4-1/2 cup of rice dry measure). but if you can do it without the carbs, go for it. remember to cycle clen 2 weeks on 2 weeks off and should be good to go

    yeap will do.

    Only thing is, i understand that have ZERO carbs makes the body go into ketesosis and start burning bodyfat, if i add any carbs surely this will mess it up??

    not sure on that to be honest, but natural peanut butter has carbs in it, 6g per 2 tablespoon

    hmmm suppose. i take it your a cutter looking at your display pic. In your opinion, what the best cardio for burning fat and not burning muscle. low intensity after weights?

    yeah that is me in the avi. when i am cutting, i do 2 high intensity cardio workout per week and 2 medium intensity cario workouts per week

    something like this:
    Sun: Sprints on indoor track (10 x 200m) (no weight training)
    Mon: 2 mile run in 15 minutes (after training weights in afternoon)
    Tues: Only train weights (no cardio)
    Wed: Sprints on indoor track (20 x 50m) (in the a.m., weight training in the afternoon)
    Thurs: 2 mile run in 15 minutes (after training weights)
    Fri: Only train weights (no cardio)
    Sat: Only train weights (no cardio)

    that was the split i followed when i took the avitar pic. my split for lifting was a four day rotation over six days, looking like this:

    Sun off
    Mon Chest/Tri/Ab
    Tues Back/Bi/Calf
    Wed Shoulder/Trap
    Thurs Upper Legs
    Fri Chest/Tri/Ab
    Sat Back/Bi/Calf
    Sun off
    Mon Shoulder/Trap
    Tues Upper Legs
    and so on

    i repeated those 4 groups over six days, sunday always off. keeping intensity high on weights, usually going down to 3-4 reps on the large compound movements (incline bench, front squat, deadlift, etc)
