okay so what I get out of reading up is my PCT should look like this;
Weeks 1-4 100mg of Clomid and 25mg of Aromasin
Is this all I need or am I missing something?

This is what the cycle looks like;
Weeks 1-4: Test Prop 75mg ED
Weeks 1-15: Test E 600mg EW
Weeks 1-14: Eq 500mg EW
Do I need to run anything "on" cycle?

Agree. If you want a mild AI use resveratrol. It's been shown to optimize estrogen levels instead of simply suppressing them.

I've been doing what reading I can so bear with me. But all this AI shit is new to me. There was no such practices last time I cycled/researched. Someone explain to me what's wrong with old PCT practices of just nolva and clomid?
