Fake or less potent HGH?

I have been taking HGH from these vials for 8 weeks.
These are claimed to be Pharma grade from Denmark, 45iu/vial, (1.5ml)

Last time, a year ago, I also did HGH from same looking vials, however those were claimed to be 30iu/vial, (same 1.5ml)

Last year I had definite results after 8 weeks; Veins exposing, especially around groin/stomach area, even those tiny veins around the abdominals, indicating thinning of the skin.

This time, no such effects.....what do I have here??
