I've done keto in past, lost a good 40-50lb... I gain some back, but that was just hard partying and drinking. I've now been back on my diet since new years, lost about 15lb, But I want to switch to a regular clean diet to help me lose weight (w/carbs) I dont have much experience dieting with carbs so I'm very experienced in this category.. My fear is that I will gain a lot of weight once I switch back onto carbs
