Here is my diet i pretty much do each day although because i work shifts 10pm-4pm and some time day shifts 11am- 5pm Im always eating different times for each meal but i do this plan everyday.
Meal 1 - two tins of vegetable soup with half a loaf of brown bread
+ two bananas and a orange
+ orange juice
Meal 2- Protein shake (omnimax hardcore)
Meal 3 - two cups of brown rice (before cooked) 12oz of chicken and sauce like sweet and sour (i change sauce daily)
Meal 4 - protein shake
Meal 5- chicken, potatoes veg
I drink about 4 - 7 litres of water a day
does this look enough intake 4 1 day ?
