Letro is harsh but is effective..I used to take a dose every 3 days or so and it was plenty..I don't know whats with me and l-dex these days but it gives me a nasty gut ache..Last pct I went through felt like chemo or something wasn't hungry sick feeling and in a bad mood..Even more than normal..lol I'd keep letro on hand and try to control things with nolva..Let the estro run wild my friend!lol
