1st cycle sus and deca

1st cycle deca, sus
This is my first cycle
im 6'3
205lbs
i am going to be doing 2 shots a week for 10 weeks
250mg of sus and 100mg of deca for the first shot
then 200mg of deca for the second

is this a good cycle?

i also have nolvadex and clomid.. im not to sure when i should start taking either of them

that's a bad cycle, special using deca on the first cycle, you need more research, sound like you don't know much about.

From my understanding that is supposed to be a weight and strength gaining cycle used for athletes. Please me any suggestions on it
