tamoxifen dosages?

Hi Guys,

I am running a 12 Test E cycle @ 500mg/w and need a bit of advise on PCT.
I have clomid so that isnt a problem, but i couldnt get any nolva, i could only get tamoxifen? This is how i plan to dose

Clomid 40/40/20/20
Tamoxifen........? is it that same as nolva? 100/100/50/50

Tamoxifen is nolva...

Run your pct like this..

Nolva 40/20/20/20
Clomid 100/50/50/50
