    Here goes... be gentle (I was off for almost 2 yrs)

    Here are some pics I just took...keep in mind that I have only been hitting it hard for approx 3 months now, and my diet is still a work in progress, also no leg pics yet as they look like runners legs atm (no offense to any runners, just not my ideal look)

    Stats:
    height= 5'11
    weight= 194lbs
    age= 33
    bf= not a real concern just yet, I still have lots more running to do.
    training history =(HS weightlifting/wrestling) and really ever since then with small breaks in between.
    cycle history= 1 dbol cycle about 9yrs ago...
    I am still far from where I was before my injury and I intend on picking up the pace even more since I am starting to see some familiar muscle shape I though I had lost forever.

    Thanks

    You look great, for being injured, bf it's not bad, but the INK is incredible, few months at the gym and a diet will be looking sharp for the summer.

    Thanks for all of the positive comments, Sulixe, I have been training them the hardest and they are 16.5 inches currently, my long term goal is 17.5....I hope to have them there by the end of the year.
