Why cant you hold the little amp in one hand and the syringe in the other???
Do not ask me for a source check.

Use a larger gauge needle for extractions and switch to a smaller one for injections.

If hold the ampoule is a problem make or purchase a holder stand.

Use a needle to draw and just bury it in the bottom edge of the amp this will keep it from moving, it's really not that difficult.

I personally would just be more careful and leave them in the ampules.
