have u done any reserch? have u seen any other posts saying that 21 is to young? and why?
You dont weigh very much... whats your diet like in detail?
it says to start from 21 to 25. and yes i have read them.
my diet is good. im ectomorph hard to put on weight. plus im short.
i eat 6-8 meals a day.
200g+ protein a day easily... then i try to only eat carbs b4 workout and once in my postworkout shake.... healthy fats in most meals etc... casein b4 bed bla bla..
usually start with a protein shake in morning.. then 3-5 egg whites 1 yolk..... then oats.... depends if i have tafe that day or not.... usually lots of tuna cans.... lots of chicken , steak , fish, veggies. almonds... fish oils, multi-vitamins....
i started at 50kg wen i first started gym... highest weight ive been is 73kg.. but i cutt down on carbs i like to stay lean.. i want abs!
21 is 4 years to young .keep natural to maximise future gains.and not to get f up 4 life.
Your not ready for steroids, you need to build a base and its clesar thats something your struggling with, head over to the diet section and post your diet, steroids will be of no benefit to you and you will lose everything gained after the cycle because you dont have a diet to support any new tissue, change your diet and stick with it for the next few yrs and build a base.
Your also to young, In humans your Endocrine system is not fully functional until an average age of 25yrs, although the main development is up to around 21yrs it still fluctuates a little bit up to its fully functional age. There is a risk of permanently damaging your HPTA if you take AAS to young and you could end up with symptoms of andropause and HRT for life. Symptoms could be Limp dick, low libido, depression, low energy, low endurance, erection problems and many more but.......are these the types of symptoms you want to have in your 20's?. Believe me its hard to cope with these in your 40's yet alone in your prime of your life.
Around this age your Testosterone levels are the highest they going to be in your life naturally, so use what you have and don't take the risk of damage, I am passionate about this because ive seen it many times with young kids wanting to looking like their heroes and they think the answer is in an injection/tablet.
Taking AAS to young can also cause problems with development, one other main problem is premature sealing of your epiphyeal bone and the consequences mean that you wont grow as big as your genetics could allow you to, there is a test which can be done to see if your growth plates have sealed yet but the average age is around 21yrs old.
TRAINING
You need a few years of hard training under your belt before even considering taking any kind of anabolic support, people who jump on a cycle to soon without having some quality years under their belt usually results in injuries, it takes time to develop your connective tissue, tendons and nervous system to heavy overload training. Slowly getting your own system use to these kinds of extreme's will only help in muscle growth later on when you do decide to start taking AAS.
Build a solid foundation for muscle tissue to grow and maintaining and development will be far greater than without it. Many younger guys will start cycling before they have reached their genetic potential which is crazy when a good solid diet and training program will be far beneficial and productive to muscle building.
Workouts should be mainly focused on basic movements with a priority of over loading the muscle each and ever time you train, increasing your strength and ability to lift in proper form will help with building the foundation for future development
DIET
A lot of younger bodybuilders don't know how to eat. Researching and understanding how your own body responds will help you get to your natural limit, the right food at the right time and a full understanding of proteins, carbs, and fats will only help you succeed in achieving your natural goals. Keeping a diet diary will also help you understand the importance of macro, nutrients, calories and should help you see in which areas you could be going wrong in adding lean muscle tissue.
No matter how much anabolic support you have it will be worthless without proper nutrition, food will help build and maintain your valued muscle weather its natural, cycling or in PCT. Adjusting your food intake and consuming muscle building foods coupled with a solid training program will help you achieve your natural limit and foundation before you start AAS use.
This area is a huge problem with the younger guys and I can't express enough how important diet/food is when first starting out, post and pre training nutrition are very important and understanding how to load and feed the body will help push growth and create a very natural anabolic environment.
i understand everything u have just said.... but how do u know when ur at ur natural peak... i mean i feel like ive been stuck at this weight the 70-74kg range for like 2 yrs now.... i eat at all the right times and eat alot 6-8 times a day... i barely go out n drink or do drugs.... i take almost all supplements u can fkn take..... i dunno wat else i gotta do its like a never ending road lol
I knew I was at my natural peak when I was 21-22 also and 165 lbs. I knew everything at that age. Now I'm a bit..... older I know what an idiot I was and realize I had not idea what a GOOD diet was. I wish I knew about sites like this when I was that age. OK fine, there wasnt even internet then but that's besides the point.....
Point is like said above, you need FOOD. Feed those brain cells in the diet section and learn how to gain real lean muscle. You are no where near your natural potential and only plateaued out due to diet and improper training.
FML ..... wat do u mean by post my diet... i dont eat the same shit all day every day like a robot... i eat watever is around to eat or to buy etc.... i dont plan my meals and pack lunches etc.... but i do know wat foods u should eat and when u should eat them and how much etc.....
^^^^^^^^^^this^^^^^^
This all sounds poorly planned.
Yeah man it really is about eating like a robot.. Get use to it
how can u just eat the same shit day in and day out dont u get sick of it... u need variety man too much of the same foood every day would be bad for u wouldnt it...
ps im not 68kg im 70kg :P ive been on strict diet tryin to eat less carbs i want my abs poppin out / low body fat % before i bulk up
When you know what to eat, there is a lot you can do when to make variety. You should have your meals planned out and not just wing it everyday. If you think you're eating enough, you're probably not. If you feel as though you're at a plateau, then change up the way you lift. When you do same routine at the gym, day in and day out your muscles don't respond. You must shock your muscles. Whether it be changing your routine by doing super sets, negative sets, drop sets etc... There's so much that can be learned in all aspects from lifting to dieting to determination and focus.
how do u even make a diet, is there a thread that teaches u this shit lol
this is hard work...... i cbf adding all these numbers n shit up just to calculate wat i eat for food each meal man this like a fkn extra job u guys must have no lives lol
^ yeh maybe so but we are fuking big
You don't have to eat the same shit day in and day out IMO. I switch things up personally. Interchange meats and carb sources while my fats pretty much stay constant. Sometimes its whole grain pasta (and yes Im spice it up, pesto, grape tomatos, garlic etc etc) instead of sweet potatoes but I measure things out so I know that it equals what I should be eating. I still have fun and enjoy eating. You can balance these things. Just gotta be smart enough and actually dedicated enough to your goals. Ive always been a meat and potato kinda guy so it really isn't like its hard for me anyway. lol
It only gets truly mundane for me during contest prep. I don't deviate...
It what makes the difference btw the wannabes and those that actually are doing it.
