    help

    on my first cycle,hurt my back in the gym today...pretty sure its nothin serious, but def gonna need a few days off mabey more...how will this impact my cycle and workout regimen. due for a pin thurs, should i continue or stop for a week

    it won't mes much up at all.. i was out 2 weeks due to a rib injury i incurred in rugby.. just go along as normal and keep up on your diet..

    need more details about the injury. if it's something really minor i don't think you'll need to stop, just be really careful and skip the back workouts until it's better....after all, more curls, more girls hahaha.

    Keep your diet on point. Just take a few days off. See if you can sneak by w some workouts without bothering the injury, maybe bi's tri's, calves, things that won't bug the back injury.

    never said anything about whether to continue lifting or not..........gonna take a few days off. its nothin serious , but def layed up with heat for a few days. more concerned about the pinning part of it and my ques was answered. thanks for the help guys
