advice needed for Test E only PCT

Ok, im writing on behalf of my friend. He's just about to start his 1st cycle:

Test E 250 mgs/week For 10 weeks
nolvadex 20mg a day throughout the cycle.

For pct got clomide and nolva.

the question i want to ask is whether or not with this low dosage of test i should use HCG, if i Do, than when and what dosage would be appropriate ?

Need some quality suggestions as i want to do the safe first cycle, thanks

At 20 years old, no one here will advise you to cycle.

I know it's tempting, but the best thing you can do now is study and experiment with what diet/training works best for you. That way, when you're ready to cycle, you will blow all your friends out of the water.

I've listened to everyone's advice in my previous posts, and as you said, im just doing research now on and trying to sort my diet out
