I am trying to be a little creative as I know I will be getting sick of the same meals over and over again. What are you thoughts on corn tortillas on a bulk?
I read the corn tortillas are a 72 on the GI which is around the same as white bread. I know white bread isn't very good, but from what I understand that is for different reasons. I would use this meal as meal 2 or 3 in my day....never pre/post workout.
What I like to have is:
4 corn tortillas - microwaved
56C/4P/0F
6oz Grilled Chix
0C/40P/1.5F
1/3 cup shredded cheese
0C/6P/9F
Total: 56C/50P/10.5F = 515 cals
