I was wondering if it's safe to use humalog when you're a low carber.
I baiscly only eat carbs before and after my workouts and on off days only one meal with carbs. Would it be okay to use insuline with post workout?
I've used up to 10iu pwo when I was on a regular high carb diet, but as I can imagine I might be more sensitive to insuline cause of the low carb diet I've been on for almost a year now.
