biceps : 12.5inch
chest : 37inch
body fat : 15%
height : 5ft 9 inches
and i weight 130 pounds
Age : 20

PLEASE direct me with the right PCT i should be taking

you are 20,you are 5'9",and your biceps measures 12.5 inch,130pounds???you should train more to gain more muscle naturally which i think is not very hard for you since you're only 20,at least you're 25-26 with few years of HARD training only then you should consider gears,and you wont need 100mg of deca and hell just 100mg you will get nothing off that dose waste of money better get whey,creatine etc...dont forget to eat right,that's 99% of the whole thing...head over to the diet section first..

and btw someone i know have ran 100mg deca cycle before and let me tell u it's a waste...
