I gag about 7x a morning trying to down this large pack of vitamins.

Did they have to put so many and make them so big?

there training you to take dsm's huge load once a day only cause twice a day is deadly

Animal pack is a waste of money...its cheap vitamins with good marketing. They use the cheapest quality possible, put it into a super super high dose and then market it as "the hard core vitamin".

Its deff better then taking nothing at all but its not the best thing out there. You pee 90% of it out.

I use AST's Multi Pro 32X. I've read good things, but who knows.

yeah there are better, easier to take, and cheaper multi-vitamins just about anywhere

I just go to Costco and buy bulk what I need... that pill with a little bit of aminos is probably worthless... yeah, looks way overpriced, what ever the price

I just buy them all seperately, but if it wasn't for friends who are pharmacists, I would not be able to afford them at shelf price.

one pill is enough, something like solgar etc, tht 'bbing' orientated stuff is just a rip off con, vits are vits at the end of the day and your body will only absorb so much and excrete the rest

true. but there are other supplements that really don't fall into that category so readily, such as fish oil and other non water soluble supplements.

So let me ask a real stupid question, since I'm too lazy to google it...

see, I don't like taking no sh1t of something if it doens't just come out and say what it is... "Mega T" sounds like something a geek in a marketing department came up with... why not just call it what it is instead of the fancy BS?
