    WOW!! Dropping Body fat like whoa

    So I changed my diet, started clen and fasting cardio. I have dropped 8lbs and almost 3% body fat in just under a week.

    No offense Herc, but you haven't dropped 3% bodyfat in a week. Not gonna happen brotha. What you probably dropped was a bunch of water. Not trying to be a killjoy here, but we gotta keep it honest, right?

    lookin good herc, but GB is right... can almost attribute 5-6 or those pounds to water from the diet change. As soon as I start to cut hard and limit sodium, I drop 3-5lbs in 2-3 days. Dont worry about the numbers, go by the look and the progress shows

    Looking good dude. Like the ink but you need to darken your old work...im a tribal lover myself. Mine is fading also...this makes me a hypocrite. I will shut up now.

    I didnt edit my face in the AVI cuz you cant see or open it.... right??? And I did get them pierced in the 90s lol alont with everything elso on my body, Those are all that remain tho (
