    is the rule for a source check still 100 posts and 6 months or a year on the board?

    When you PM them asking if juicerus (that is not a supplier LOL) is a legitimate source if they say yes or no they are a willing source, if they say sorry can't help you they are not a willing source.

    Check the sigs. Most of them aren't in there though, so your best bet is to find active mods and send them a PM. It may take a few tries as many of the staff don't do them, and some of the staff get a lot of PMs so some slip through the cracks, so make sure you have a few possible sources lined up for when someone does.     thanks fetch ya im in no hurry i just started my new diet they help me put together in the diet section ....gonna do that for some time before i start anyways just like to get it while i have the extra cash
