So I missed my chest workout on Sat and thought I would make it up today. Mondays must be National chest day. I swear all these guys that do a half ass work out routine only work out on Monday and only want to work the bench press.

This is why Monday is my leg day. Usually not a soul near the leg equipment til Wednesday.
i do feel like im slowly dying its really weird. i feel like another 65 years ill be dead at this rate
monday is my chest day!.... lololol!

I dont have a day, I have a workout order due to my schedule. So my chest day is whatever day im supposed to do chest next.
Mon is my chest day, I try to go while there is no crowd though
friday for me....and it seems slowly but surely,everybody else's chest day...as long as its after 5pm.

work out at around 3-5pm.. and you will be fine.. all the ones on their lunch breaks are gone and all the after work people are gone too no matter what gym i have been to that is when they are all empty
yup monday full chest workout and then half ass everything else, thats me.
I work my elbows on mondays.
Friday is my chest day and saturday is legs.
I wish there were a national leg training day. I get so sick of seeing these top heavy guys at the gym with fvckin pencil legs.
i just curl in the squat rack on mondays....no time to bench...
I've been talking about how our gym really has nothing for leg training, and this one bloke says legs? what for? my legs are plenty strong?

Mondays in my gym are a joke. I usually do 2 body part splits in the evenings. I'm debating switching to 1 body part per workout and doing this in my lunch hour when the gyms empty. Anybody else do this?
