sustanon and deca pct??

hi i am a new member and i am preparing for my cycle i collected many information but i am a little confused about the pct for my cycle i would take nolva 3 weeks before last shot but i am not sure for how long should i be taking it?
and clomid 3 weeks after last shot
what do u think? please help me
should i add hcg to my pct?
nolva 20mg each day?
my cycle is:
200mg\w deca and 600mg\w sustanon
can anyone help?

actually it is my friends cycle he was looking for help

i was waiting for help for him then i will post my cycle and i am looking for advice also
