Hi, I'm new to the forum, and would like access to the women's forum. I am a female, age 38. I am 5'7" and 118#. I have been excersing/weight lifting since high school. But have been really concentrating on it more the past 2 years. I also use a personal trainer occasionally for support.
I would like to see what results and diets/training etc the other girls do, to help me progress.
