    Crisis Control - HELP

Long story short, family emergency, rushed my little cousin to the hospital (was Babysitting for march break) - no big deal, just a broken bone and he's a strong trooper. The incident happened pretty much right after me coming home from my workout and I had only half my protein shake in my hand. So my question is how do I recouperate from last night? I missed half my PWO Shake, 1/2 a cup of oats, my Casein pre-bed, no sleep, and we weren't discharged until 8:00am which means I'm also an hour behind my eating schedule all day. Today I am only doing cardio and no weights though. Is there a way to make up for the macros or is just a small incident and I keep moving forward and it won't be such a big deal in like 3-4 months ?

Small incident, move forward. Forget 3-4 months, it's not a big deal now. =)

I'm sure you'll be fine. Thought it was funny how you said "no big deal just a broken arm" then freaked out because you only got to finish half your PWO shake lol

lmfao!!! That IS funny s**t! It reminds me of the steroid forum where members freak out that they're a few hours behind on injecting their short-estered compounds so they fear they're going to lose all their gains lol!! OP-Just givin' ya hell. You'll be fine, bro!

How dare you use "crisis" to articulate this problem, lol. Aren't you cutting? It's a blessing in disguise.

It's great that you're taking your diet so seriously but you still should live and enjoy your life bro. Lighten up on yourself a little.
